LOCATION:	The Autumn in Paris – Color Studio will study color and painting the human form from life in our Montparnasse Studio. Please see our Facilities page for details on the location.
CLASS DATES:	The program will meet as follows: Monday, 20 September – Friday, 8 October 2027 (3 weeks)
CLASS SCHEDULE:	Studying color and painting the human form from life 75 hrs total, Monday – Friday, as follows: Week 1: 25 hours, 930 – 1230; 1400-1600 daily Week 2: 25 hours, 930 – 1230; 1400-1600 daily Week 3: 25 hours, 930 – 1230; 1400-1600 daily Studio instruction only. No museum component is offered in this class. This course schedule permits simultaneous enrolment in 2027 Autumn in Paris – Drawing Studio in Montparnasse, to study drawing and painting in Paris all day for 6 weeks total.
CLASS SIZE:	10 maximum + instructors
WHO is ELIGIBLE?	Anyone may apply – There are no academic or other pre-requisites. All students must enroll full-time for the course, held in our Montparnasse Studio.
TUITION PRICE:	2500 EUR Cost of housing in Paris not included. Students required to find and contract their own housing in Paris.

COURSE DESCRIPTION: “2027 Autumn in Paris – Color Studio “

Our Autumn in Paris – Color Studio is a special program that offers a unique curriculum studying color and painting the human form from life in our Montparnasse Studio, 75 hrs over 3 weeks.

2027 Autumn in Paris – Color Studio will be taught by Nicole Michelle TULLY and Timothy STOTZ. The course will offer lecture-demonstrations and critique in studio from one instructor 5 days per week.

The course will offer in-studio painting from the human figure for 4 weeks. No museum component is offered in this class.

Students will primarily explore perceptual color using direct/ alla prima painting methods with both limited and prismatic palettes. Various subjects from the human figure: portrait and figure, draped and undraped. Multiple models will offer short (5-hour) 2-day (10-hour), and longer poses (15+ hours) over the 3 weeks.

75 hrs total, Monday – Friday, as follows:

Week 1: 25 hours, 930 – 1230; 1400-1600 daily
Week 2: 25 hours, 930 – 1230; 1400-1600 daily
Week 3: 25 hours, 930 – 1230; 1400-1600 daily

Studio instruction only. No museum component is offered in this class.
