APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

1) Before you apply, if you have any unanswered questions about the course, please contact us at (info@studioescalier.com)

    Note: All mobile and tablet users must request an application form via e-mail: admissions@studioescalier.com

2) Please complete ALL fields below, and upload all images as requested. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

    All information submitted is kept confidential. Partially completed applications cannot be submitted.

3) Once you have completed the form, click the SEND button once to submit your application.

    WAIT for your portfolio images to upload. If your file upload is successful, you will see a NEW empty browser window with a success message.

4) When you click SEND, a copy of your application will be automatically cc-ed to you at the e-mail address you have provided.

If you do not automatically receive a copy in your Inbox, your application was not submitted!
